Relaxing Stay
The hot spring which is a very good treat after a long day outdoors. The firm mattress and the 2 in 1 pillow which gives you a choice of hard or soft.
Not exactly near from Niigata Station. Perhaps due to the ongoing construction thus making it seem further.

Very nice stay, with everything you need!
The Hotel has so many facilities, like Onsen, free Ramen and Ice cream and just everything you need for your stay!
The room was rather small and there was no sitting/desk area.

Friendly staff, but small rooms and not great for families with more than one kid.
The men's onsen was amazing and huge. The free treats were nice for kids.
The women's onsen is very small compared to the mens and they don't switch the onsens. The rooms are very very small and too hot. Even with the heat off it was very warm in the room. We kept trying to open the door to let cool air in but it was hard to sleep with the temperature of the room. There was no cooling option, only heat or ventilation which was still hot air. The max limit per room is very small so if you have 3 kids you have to rent 2 rooms which is very inconvenient and expensive.
